Brooke Saward is the owner of Brooki Bakehouse. Before following her dream of owning a bakery in Brisbane, Brooke was travelling the world in search of the best bakeries to bring together ideas from across the globe.
Described as Paris meets New York's East Village, Brooki Bakehouse in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley is an eclectic mix of industrial raw finishings, high ceilings inside the Stewart and Hemmant building, mixed with refined burgundy marble bench tops and brass fixtures.
In May 2022, Brooke Saward opened Brooki Bakehouse in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Since then she has launched the Brooki Bakehouse cookie recipes under Bake With Brooki, an online e-commerce store shipping cookies in the mail across Australia and New Zealand, and is looking to open further Brooki Bakehouse locations in the future.
